Following the 650 S and 750 S prototypes, Laverda introduced the improved 750 SF in 1970. 'SF' stood for Super Freni (super brakes) and marked a switch from Grimeca stoppers to Laverda's own superior drum brakes. The model also benefited from an extensively revised engine, larger carburettors, Conti silencers, and Lucas Switchgear. The 1974 model got an SF2 designation, indicating double Brembo disc brakes up front.
This particular SF2 has been restored completely and is in superb condition. The engine has been revised by Gijs van Dijk.
